Jesse just told me the funniest thing. As he was walking to class one of the girls in their group of Hort. students overheard Jesse talking to his friend Steve about going Deer Hunting this weekend with my dad and brothers. As Jesse was leaving class this girl who had heard the conversation said "Hey Jesse, have fun, I hope you catch a big one!" Oh gosh... I am still laughing.

Conference Weekend!
Yeah!! Aubrey (my sister) and Phil and Addie came to stay with us for conference weekend! We had a great time. Friday evening we went to the BYU/Utah State game. Jesse with the sad face is because of Utah State losing (we pretty much figured on that though). The kids had a great time until about half-time when they were ready to go home to bed. Thankfully we had foreseen this and brought two cars so that Phil and Jesse could stay and watch the rest of the game. Utah State actually had their best game of the season thus far, so it wasn't a total waste of time to watch. It was a cold stormy weekend, just perfect for snuggling in and hearing words of peace, encouragement and inspiration! General Conference can never come soon enough for me. And I love that it comes right at the changing of my two favorite seasons-- one in April and another in October. Thank for coming Aubrey and Phil! We had a great time. We love you!

Twin Falls
It is tradition to stop and feed the ducks in Twin Falls, Idaho on our way to or from Yellowstone. The temple and falls there, are so beautiful! I am so thankful that I know my precious family can be together forever!

Yellowstone!
Really big Grizzly Bear! Unfortunately the only way we were able to see one was at the Bear and Wolf center. It really was cool though! The kids loved it.

Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone.
Ethan waited every night for Gramp to put him to bed and tell him stories! Grampa has the best made-up stories!
It is tradition to take a picture by this sign...
All gussied up for church... that little girl loves her grampa!
Old faithful... it is kinda losin' its steam, but it was still neat.
We had such a great time! Thanks Gram and Grampa for continuing to invest so much of your lives into your family! We love you!
