Ode to Bostyn...

Oh our Bostyn...She frequently tells people her name is "twinkle star" and so that is what we call her or "twink" for short. She is the light of our lives and as you can see has personality boing-ing out of her. She calls pansies "chim-pansies" she frequently has a sword or a gun or both stuck somewhere inside the ever-present princess dress. Her first and best defense against Ethan is to scream bloody murder-- she continues to do so because pretty much I will do ANYTHING to make the screaming stop. If she spills anything on her clothes or decides she is just too hot, it all comes off. She had a disastrous haircutting episode a month ago all the bangs and half way back her head in a triangle was shorn right to her little head. So we have been wearing a lot of hair band aids. She wanted her ears pierced and Jesse said yes so we did it. They are darling and she loves them... but I will never ever pierce a two year olds ears again... people were looking at us like child abusers because she screamed for a solid twenty minutes after it happened... the second ear was the kicker. She is always about five steps behind Ethan in all of their adventures and soon it won't even be five steps, she will probably be leading the escapades. She is a scamp! and we love her so much!
