4th of July!

Fourth of July In Nephi is the best! We spent the morning having a yummy pancake breakfast at the park and then returned a little later for all the fun games and rides for the kids. Ate a few snow cones, saw a lot of people (made me feel like I was at my class reunion)tired the kids out. Came home and had a nap. Jesse set up a monster slip and slide that we all took a few turns on and created a huge whirlpool in mom's big swimming pool. The Jackson family came over and we had the best fried chicken on the planet earth! Compliments of my amazing mother. As well as lots of other amazing food. Then we watched fireworks at the high school. For a small town, they sure know how to do fireworks! There were only a few little fires for the firemen to put out. Kept things exciting. Went back to the house and the kids did some sparklers and other fireworks and then we all crashed! What a great day!
